Abstract:The Tidal Barrier of Haihe River, according to the review result of current status quo discharge capacity and the planning hierarchical requirement of flood protection and drainage improvement, from the perspective of the technical possibility of hydraulic structure design and construction, and economic feasibility, accompanied with the consideration of the influence resulted from dredging project under the sluice and operations management, this paper analyzes the discharge scale of danger elimination and reinforcement.
