| Abstract: | This article introduces the composition of Taolinkou reservoir＇s flood dispatching system and the function of every subsystem. It gives an elaboration about practical application which focuses on the flood in July 21 th.2012, and meanwhile demonstrates that system building is of importance to reservoir＇s flood control and emergency situations through practice. |
