摘    要:文中详细分析了我国有色金属工业现状,认为只有通过科技进步来提高我国有色金属工业的国际竞争力。科技进步必须通过科技创新来强力推动,但科技创新在体制、教育和人才三个方面严重滞后。针对有色金属工业科技创新存在的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。

Abstract:The status of China's nonferrous metals industry is analysed in detail in this paper,and it can improve China's nonferrous metals industry's international competitiveness through the progress of science and technology.It must be given a powerful impulse though the innovation in science and technology which is serious lag in three aspects of system,education and talent.According to the new problems of innovation in science and technology of China's nonferrous metals industry,and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
