摘    要:介绍了水力自动翻板门在海南友谊水电站工程中的应用。依据设计、试验及运行实践,对结构特点,设计中的关键问题,实用范围,运行情况进行了总结。该工程至今已经运行3年,多次启用翻板门自动泄水,完全达到了设计要求,使用者认为确实有运行可靠、节省投资、便于管理、操作简单的优点。该电站的经济效益也是很显著的,由于泄水系统采用了由弧形闸门和翻板门结合的方案,其翻板门部分的最大泄水量、单门尺寸及整体尺寸目前在国内是最大的。

Abstract:This paper introduces briefly a hydraulic automatic tilting gate made of reinforced concrete and its application on Youyi hydropower station , hainan province. The plant has been operated for 3 years, during the time the flood automatically released by the tilting gates for many times which were fully satisfied the design requirement. It was considered by the plant operator that the gates possess advantages of reliableness and easy in operation, lower cost in investment, and convenience in maintenance and management. The economic benefit of the plant was also obvious. The spillway of the hydropower station includes 12 openings equiped with tilting gates and the other 3 controlled by radial gates. The maximum discharge, single size and overall scale of the gates are all the largest in china.
