氯化氢、乙炔混合气干燥新工艺

摘    要:介绍了氯化氢、乙炔混合气干燥效果对后续系统的影响及传统混合气干燥工艺流程,并提出了混合气干燥新工艺。该工艺采用硫酸组合干燥塔对混合气进行干燥,混合气含水质量分数可降至1×10。左右。

Abstract:Influences of drying effects of gas mixture of hydrogen chloride and acetylene on the downstream processes were introduced as well as the traditional mixture gas drying process flow,and a new process for drying of the mixture gas was proposed.In the new process,sulfuric acid combination towers were adopted,and the content of water in the gas mixture could be reduced to about 100 ppm.
