摘    要:根据聚氯乙烯生产用105m3聚合釜的选型和应用经验,对其内冷挡板进行了技术分析和优化升级,从而提高了聚合釜的生产能力和产品质量,并降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Based on experience in selecting types of 105 m3 polymerizers and their operations,technological analysis,optimization and upgrading were made for the inner cooling baffles of the polymerizers,and thus the production capacities of polymerizers and the quality of products were improved,and the production cost was reduced.
