| 摘 要： | 制备了新型EBS／BE／XH一202C复合润滑剂，考察了其对PVC材料挤出量、表面光洁度和加工性能的影响。结果表明：①复合润滑剂的最佳配比为m（EBS）：m（BE）：m（XH一202C）=80：15：5；②采用该复合润滑剂可提高PVC管材的挤出效率，生产的PVC管材外观光滑、平整，物理性能检测合格。

| Abstract: | A new type of composite lubricant EBS/BE/XH- 202C was preparated, and its influences on the extrusion rate, surface smoothness and processing properties of PVC plastics were investigated. The results showed that： （1） the optimum formula of the composite lubricant was rn（EBS） ： rn（BE） ： rn（XH- 202C） = 80 ： 15 ： 5 ; （2） the using of this composite lubricant could improve the extrusion rate of PVC pipes, and PVC pipes obtained had smooth appearance and their physical properties were qualified. |
