| 摘 要： | 介绍了氯化氢尾气闭路循环回收处理技术的工艺流程,阐述了闭路循环回收系统在设备及管道选型上应注意的事项,分析了该系统在调试过程中出现的问题及解决措施。贵州金宏化工有限责任公司采用此回收技术,每年可回收质量分数31%的盐酸766 t,销售收入达30万元。

| Abstract: | The process flow of closed recycling hydrogen chloride tail gas was introduced.Matters needing attention in the selection of devices and pipes for the closed recycle system were discussed.Problems occurred in the process of trial operation were analyzed as well as the solution.After adopting this recycling technology,Guizhou Jinhong Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.could recycle 766 t/a hydrochloric acid(31 wt%),and the sales revenue amounted to RMB 0.3 million $. |
