重型车用柴油机排气微粒过滤器的研究

摘    要:根据国产车用柴油机的排气烟度现状,论证了采用排气微粒过滤器的必要性。文中介绍了作者研制的车用柴油机用排气过滤器的结构、工作原理和试验结果。过滤器用耐热的泡沫陶瓷作为滤芯,对排气微粒的过滤效率60%以上。滤芯被微粒堵塞时用燃烧法进行热再生。反复承受热再生作用的陶瓷滤芯使用寿命在5000公里以上,具有一定的实用潜力。

Abstract:The necessity of introducing exhaust particulate trap in domestic automotive diesels was discussed on the basis of the present exhaust smoke situation. Diesel exhaust particulate trap-oxidizer developed by authors and its test results were reported. The collection efficiency of the trap-oxidizer is as high as 60% and the ceramic foam clogged by deposited particulates can be regenerated thermally by hot gas from a burner. 5000kin on-road test validated its reliability and durability, and shows a promising prospect for practical application.
