正丁醇铝的制备及其水解

摘    要:主要研究了正丁醇铝的制备及其水解,通过IR、DSC/TG和XRD测试手段分析,结果表明:采用醇解法可以有效制备正丁醇铝,控制水解温度和水解配比,能够获得高质量的氧化铝溶胶,铝溶胶热处理到600~800℃之间为γ Al2O3,热处理到1200℃为α Al2O3。

Abstract:Preparation and hydrolysis of aluminum butanoxide were studied. Result on the analysis of IR, DSC/TG and XRD showed that it could be prepared effectively by alcoholysis and high quality of alumina sol could be obtained by the control of hydrolysis temperature and ratio. γ-alumina could be acquired when alumina sol was heated between 600 to 800℃ and α-alumina prepared when heated at?1?200℃.
