| 摘 要： | 为了满足视频监控多元化的要求，本文提出了一种基于智能电视的无线视频监控系统。介绍了该监控系统的总体结构，阐述了嵌入式智能电视终端与服务器数据交换的方法，并结合了实际的监控系统，介绍了Android智能电视客户端的设计思路和实现过程。选用H.264标准作为视频压缩标准以及RTP协议作为传输协议，使用无线wifi网络进行组网，实现了使用智能电视进行监控的目的。

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy the diverse requirements of the video monitoring, this paper puts forward a design of video monitoring system based on Android Smart TV. The paper talks over the structure of the system, and then explains the method of exchanging data between Smart TV and Servers. Taking the real surveillance system as an example, the paper also expands on how to design a Android-based Smart TV terminal. Using H.264 as the video compression method and RTP as protocol, the design achieves monitoring over Smart TV through Wi-Fi network. |
