特高压直流工程二次系统成套设计方案及其特点

摘    要:进行了特高压直流二次系统成套设计并提出了完整的方案,充分考虑了二次系统的整体结构、硬件分层、功能和性能要求、系统接口、软硬件平台等方面因素,该方案主机采用最新的Intel Core DUO 处理器、由eTDM总线替代TDM总线和CAN总线、采用IN-TIME操作系统、直流保护采用三取二逻辑等。该方案已经应用于向家坝-上海±800 kV特高压直流输电工程。

Abstract:The complete set design of control and protection system for UHVDC power transmission project is proposed and the full scheme of the design, in which the factors such as global structure of control and protection system, the hierarchy of hardware, its functions and the performance requirements, system interfaces and the platform for software and hardware are fully considered, is given. Meanwhile, the features of this scheme and the technological improvements different from those applied in former HVDC projects are discoursed upon which include new introduced Intel Core DUO microprocessor, replacement of TDM bus and CAN bus with eTDM bus, IN-TIME operation system, two out of three logic of DC protection system etc. The proposed design scheme has been applied in ±800 kV DC power transmission project from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai.
