摘    要:目的合成高固体份、高分子量和高耐候性的丙烯酸树脂,选择与反应体系相匹配的混和溶剂并确定其最佳质量配比.方法采用基团贡献法估算丙烯酸聚合物和混合溶剂的三维溶解度参数,根据溶解度参数理论来选择与反应体系相匹配的溶剂及其质量配比.结果以丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯、醋酸丁酯和正丁醇为混合溶剂,最佳质量配比为2:1:2;溶剂和聚合物间的相容性对树脂的分子量、黏度和耐候性能均有一定影响.结论溶解度参数作为合成高固体份丙烯酸树脂及其配方设计的重要参数,以此为基础所选择的丙烯酸聚合物和混合溶剂之间的相容性好,所制得高固体份丙烯酸树脂的固体质量分数大于70%,数均分子量超过4万,黏度适中,且紫外色差值小于5%。综合性能优异.

Abstract:The acrylic resin with high solid content,high molecular weight and high weather resistance was prepared,the suitable solvents in this polymeric system and their best mixture ratio were selected.The group contribution method has been proposed for estimating three-dimensional parameters of acrylic polymers and solvents.According to the theory of solubility parameter,propylene methyl propionate,butyl acetate and butanol were used as blend solvents,and the best mixture ratio was determined as 2:1:2;it is important that the compatibility of the polymers and solvents have effect on molecular,viscosity and weather resistance of the resin.The experimentation results show that based on the solubility parameter,which is considered as one of the important parameters used in the design of acrylic resin,the compatibility of the selected polymers and solvents is good;the prepared high solids acrylic resin has outstanding properties,such as solid content is more than 70%,molecular weight is larger than forty thousands when its viscosity is moderate,and the chromatism value of QUV is less than 5% after 70-hour ultraviolet irradiation.
