基于MoldFlow的面板注射模浇口的优化设计

摘    要:浇口位置在注射成型过程中起关键性作用。本文介绍了专业注射模分析软件MoldFlow在面板注射模浇口位置设计的应用,从产品的浇口最佳位置、填充时间等方面对不同的浇口设计方案进行对比。分析表明,方案2的浇口位置具有填充时间短、熔接痕少、气穴数量少的优点,是较佳的浇口位置方案。

Optimization Design of Injection Mold Gate for the Faceplate Set Based on MoldFlow Software
Abstract:Gate position of injection mold takes more importance in the process of injection molding for the faceplate plastics parts.This paper introduced the application of the plastic flow analyzing software—MoldFlow in gate injection mold design,and comparative analysis of different gate design plans based on fill time and gate location. Analysis showed that the gate position design in the second plan has advantages of short fill time,less weld lines, less air traps. It s a better gate position design plan.
