| Abstract: | With more and more automobile consumers in China, the industry of automobile maintenance de- velops rapidly. Through analyzing the status quo of automobile maintenance personnel in Yunnan and in Chi- na, the paper, based on the training plan established by the training department of automobile technology in Yunnan vocational and technical college of transportation, put forward a new concept that the improvement of automobile maintenance personnel need a coordination between the government, enterprises and colleges. |
