当前我国高校在思想道德教育的课程教学中普遍存在实效性差的问题 ,一个重要原因是由于在教育途径上过分依赖课堂教学 ,缺乏具体的道德实践活动。而以无偿性、业余性、公益性和组织性为特点的志愿服务就是一种重要的德育实践活动 ,它能够让学生在实践中加深对教学内容的理解 ,提高道德责任感 ,从而增强高校思想道德课教学的实效性

The importance of volunteer serving activity in universities' moral education

Currently the problem of less practicability in universities' moral educaion is very common. One major reason is that moral education heavily relies on classroom instruction and is lack of substantial practical activites. Volunteer serving is kind of important moral practice, which is free of charge but socialized and organized. From joining volunteer serving activity, university students could enhance the understanding of moral consciousness, enrich social responsibility, and thus,increase the practicability of moral education in universities.
