| 摘 要： | 介绍丹佛斯公司的变频器FC301P200在矿井提升机上的应用系统.该系统较好地克服了传统提升机运行速度不连续、调速性能不好的缺点,采用并联丹佛斯能量回馈单元Revcon方案,经过现场调试运行观察记录,整个提升机系统运行非常平稳,达到了设计要求.系统运行后,运行故障、停工时间大大减少,节省能源、人力,提高运输效率,直接和间接的经济效益非常可观.

| Abstract: | The application of Danfoss FC301P200 frequency converter in mine elevator was presented.The traditional elevator disadvantages of discontinuity of running speed and being unsatisfied with speed adjustment are overcomed.The parallel Danfoss energy feedback unit Revcon is adopted.From the local records of debugging,elevator system running steady,the design requirements are satisfied.After the system is running,the faults and the downtime are reduced greatly,energy and human are saved,the transportation effici... |
