摘    要:分析了220 t/h燃煤锅炉改烧天然气后可能出现的情况,计算和对比了不同给水温度下锅炉的热力数据,从而得出改动受热面是较合适的方案。在改烧天然气后,可提高锅炉的出力,为燃煤锅炉改燃天然气提供了经验。

Abstract:Possible situations that may be encountered by a 220 t/h coal fired boiler after having switched to burning natural gas are described;thermodynamic data of the boiler for various feed water temperatures are calculated and compared,pointing out that a change of the heat delivery surface is a suitable way of doing the job.After switching to natural gas,the boiler's output may increase.This may serve as a reference for later similar retrofit work.
