微型斯特林制冷机的进展

摘    要:随着高温超导和空间技术的发展对微型低温制冷机的制冷量、效率和可靠性提出了更高的要求.新出现的技术如柔性支撑和脉管将对未来的制冷机产生巨大的影响.介绍了最近几十年里各种微型制冷机的发展状况,特别是重点介绍了微型斯特林制冷机的发展,给出了世界各大制冷机生产厂家的生产水平.同时本文介绍了目前国内的微型斯特林制冷机发展状况.

Abstract:With the development of high temperature superconduct and space technology, the requirements for the high efficiency, reliability and cooling max of the low-power cryocoolers will be higher. The new technologies of flexure and pulse tube have enormous effect on future cryocoolers. The development of the low-power stirling cryocooler in several decades is proposed, and many high-power cryocooler companies are presented. The development stirling cryocooler in our country is introduced.
