摘    要:对结霜工况下冷风机蒸发器在结霜工况下的运行建立了数学模型和计算程序,分析了蒸发器各排翅片上霜层在运行过程中的动态累加过程及其影响。计算结果显示了现有变片距蒸发器仍然具有改进的余地,改进后的蒸发器在结霜工况下具有更长的除霜周期和更好的换热性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the calculation program was developed to simulate the performance of finned tube evaporator under frosting condition,which can simulate the accumulation process of frost on every row of fins.From the calculation results,it is confirmed that the rising resistance of the origin of air flow from frost is the main cause for the declining of performance of evaporator.By further analysis,it is discovered that influence on different rows of fins is not equal.Some rows of fins are the main cause of the problem.With the help of computer program,the evaporator with optimized fin space of different rows can perform much better than other evaporators.
