摘    要:针对溶剂脱水系统采用共沸精馏能节省能量输入,但是总体消耗还是偏大,塔内部各组分分布非线性相当严重,影响平稳运行因素多.采用变量模型预测控制技术实现PTA溶剂脱水系统的优化控制,通过先进控制实施前后的比较,原辅料的消耗明显降低,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益.
