| 摘 要： | 根据城市既有住区改造施工特点和绿色施工技术的内涵,尝试建立了城市住区绿色施工技术评价体系,针对评价对象的复杂性及其评价指标的模糊性,采用多因素多级模糊综合评价模型进行评价,并对在建的某城市既有住区改造工程进行实证研究,根据评价结果给出相应改进意见。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of urban residential community rebuilding engineering and the meaning of green construction techniques,the text established the structural system and index system of green construction techniques used in urban residential community rebuilding engineering.To the complexity of assessment object and the fuzziness of index,the text used the fuzzy general assessment model to evaluate.In the end,a empirical study on the green construction techniques of one rebuilding engineering was done,to the result,the improving suggestion was given,the suggestion can direct us to develop the green construction techniques. |
