独联体国家的润滑油和添加剂质量及需求状况

１９８９年以后，独联体国家（包括俄罗斯）因经济不景气，润滑油和添加剂生产量急剧下降。润同质量控制仍采用前苏联标准，其水平低于国际规格。添加剂生产结构不合理，用于生产高质量级别发动机油的高效添加 量仅占发动机油添加剂的２５％。生产少量添靠国际标准的润滑油，全部采用国外复合剂。近年来，添加剂价格因原材料涨价，大幅度上涨。今后添加剂的发展任务是：改进质量，扩大品种和生产结构的最佳化。

QUALITY AND DEMAND OF LUBE OIL AND ADDITIVE IN UIC

After 1989,the amount of the lube oil and additive in UIC(include Russia)has decreased rapidly,because economy fell.Quality of lube oil is lower than international specification.The amount of effective additive for high class engine oils are only 25% of total amount.Few lube oils according to international specification is made of additive packages from foreign countries.In recent years,price of additive raised by a big margin,because the price of raw material raised.In the future,task for development of additives will be improving quality,increasing kind and optimization for structure of additives.
