发电机组可靠性评估的研究

摘    要:电厂在制定竞价上网、设备维修改造决策时,需对设备状况进行评估和预测,并确定其对机组可用性的影响,以便对相应的维修改造方案进行成本-效益分析,确定最优化的维修改造项目或项目组合用于实施。本文提出一种根据设备可用性参数及设备与系统的逻辑关系评估系统可用性的方法,并针对典型电厂给水系统进行计算。

Abstract:When the power plants formulate the decision-makings on bidding for access to power network, equipment maintenance and retrofit, it is necessary to evaluate and forecast the equipment status, and determine their impacts on the availability of generating unit, so as to carry out the cost-benefit analysis of corresponding maintenance and retrofit schemes, determine the optimal maintenance and retrofit item or items combination for implementation. This paper puts forward a method for evaluating the availability of system on the basis of the availability parameters of equipment and the logic relationship between equipment and system, and the feedwater system of a typical power plant is calculated accordingly.
