摘    要:22 0kV深圳经贸地下式变电所位于深圳市繁华市区 ,建筑用地狭小且不规则 ,给总体布置带来相当大的困难。经多方案比较 ,变电所设计为 6层联合建筑 ,地上部分为单层、2层、局部为 3层 ,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构 ;地下部分三层 ,整体采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构 ,地下室四周外墙设置钢筋混凝土连续墙。由于电气设备布置于地下 ,重点进行了防水、抗浮和基坑支护设计。

Abstract:The 220 kV Underground Substation of Shenzhen Economic Trade Mansion is located in the downtown of Shenzhen city, so the land occupation for the buildings is narrow and irregular, which has brought a great deal of difficulties for the general layout. After comparison of many schemes the substation is designed with a combined building with 6 floors, single floor and two floors, partially 3-floor building for the ground part with steel frame structure. Three floors for the underground part use the shearing wall structure with integral field poured reinforced concrete frame. The reinforced concrete continuous wall has been provided for the outer wall around the basement. The electrical equipment is all placed under the ground the water proof, anti-float design has been enhanced with protective support for the foundation pit.
