摘    要:扭转裂纹一直是影响碳素弹簧钢丝合格率高低的重要不利因素。为准确地查找裂纹来源 ,进行了两组试验 ,通过检验结果和理论分析 ,认为裂纹主要来源于原材料、酸洗、热处理及拉丝过程等 4个方面。要想获得性能优良的成品钢丝 ,最佳生产工艺是在低速、通水、润滑良好的条件下采用小压缩率多道次拉拔

Abstract:Torsion crack is an important unfavourable factor affecting the percent of pass of carbon spring steel wire In order to find out the causes for the cracks,two sets of tests are made It is considered that the cracks stem from four aspects such as raw material,acid pickling,heat treatment and wire drawing process by the test results and theoretical analyses The best production process for the steel wire with good property is multiple drawing with small draught low speed under the condition of water feeding and lubricating well
