| 摘 要： | 从工业设计应该合理运用价值工程的角度，经分析、探讨、研究，对价值工程中功能与成本的二元对立性、工业设计融合价值工程中的“功能优化体系”、“质量管理体系”以及知识经济时代工业设计推广的价值工程载体等作了新的论述。

| Abstract: | Based on Industrial Design applying rationally VE after being analyzed, explored and researched, this paper attempts to formulate a new concept of the dualism of function and cost, mixed up with function optimization system & quality management system and popularizing the carrier of VE in the knowledge economic day. |
