磁流变阻尼器优化设计与性能分析

摘    要:利用磁流变液这种智能材料的力学性能 ,制作了一种双出杆磁流变阻尼器。文中主要讨论了磁流变阻尼器结构设计、磁路设计的基本原理 ,并讨论了结构参数对磁流变阻尼器性能的影响 ,最后优化设计了磁流变阻尼器的结构参数 ,给出了磁流变阻尼器结构参数的匹配关系

Abstract:Megneto rheological (MR) fluid is a new kind of smart material. It can change from a free fluid to a semi solid fluid in milliseconds when exposed to a magnetic field. The magneto rheological fluid damper(MR damper), whose damping can be controlled easily, is based on this characteristic. MR damper has a simple structure and a small size,and it has a low power requirements.Its damping is reversible and can be adjusted steplessly. MR damper offers the reliability of passive devices and maintains the adaptability of fully active systems. In this paper, the design of MR damper is divided into geometry design and magnetic circuit design. we analysize the effects caused by the geometry structure and the magnetic circuit on the characteristic of MR damper. Finally, we optimize the parameters of the structure and get the equation of the optimized parameters. According to the optimized data, a two head MR damper is designed.
