基于LabVIEW和OPC实时数据采集系统研制

摘    要:系统介绍了在LabVIEW中通过DataSocket编程技术对OPC服务器进行实时数据访问,完成了数据采集系统研制。该系统已应用于某电机厂第一超速实验室大型汽轮发电机转子试验监控系统改造工程中。应用表明,该系统安全可靠,可广泛应用于各种监控系统中。

Abstract:In the system,the OPC server is called on by means of real-time data through Data Socket programming in LabVIEW,and the data acquisition system is realized.The system has been applied in project of the reform of a monitoring system for large-sized turbogenerator rotor test in the first overspeed lab of a motormaker.The application shows that the system operates on the safe side,and can be applied in all kinds of monitoring system.
