| Abstract: | The influence of the adjustment of economic policies and industry configuration to the development of the circulation industry was introduced. The application of electronic commerce and the establishment of the plastics raw material market in circulation industry in Pearl River Delta were presented. The influence of the formation of plastics raw material market to the development of plastics industry was discussed. Some suggestions were made for standardizing the plastics circulation industry. |
