| 摘 要： | 从酯化和缩聚2个阶段分析了聚酯端羧基产生的原因。确定了工艺调整方案，通过提高酯化液位延长酯化停留时间来提高酯化率，降低缩聚反应温度尤其是终缩聚的温度减缓热降解反应，对降低产品端羧基值有一定效果。

| Abstract: | The causes of the PET carboxyl end group were analysed from two stages esterification and polycondensation.The process adjustment plans were determined.The esterification rate was increased through increasing esterification liquid level,prolonging the esterification residence time.The thermal degradation was slow down by decreasing the polycondensation temperature especially the final polycondensation temperature.Better effects were obtained for decreasing the product carboxyl end group value. |
