中国水泥工业的结构调整

经济建设的快速发展，中国水泥工业也进入一个飞速发展的时期。1980年至2002年，水泥总量由7986万t提高到了72500万t，年均增长率达10．6％，但立窑水泥仍然占有主导地位。NSP水泥由于基数小，尽管发展较迅速，但其市场份额只是从1998年的9.4％提高到了2002年的15％，水泥工业结构不尽合理。1997年，中国水泥工业进入结构调整阶段。尤其是近2年来效果明显，大型企业实力增强，NSP水泥加速发展，部分省份调整幅度大而快。但在这个过程中所出现的诸如产量增长过快、低水平重复建设等问题仍需重视。目前经济环境和技术环境都空前良好，水泥工业应抓住有利时机，加快结构调整步伐。

Restructuring of Chinese cement industry

With fast development of China economy, China cement industry is entering a flying-developing period. From 1980 to 2002, China total output increased from 79.86 million tons to 725 million tons, the average annual rise rate is up to 10.6%, but the vertical cement still has dominent share. Because of little base, though developed fast, the NSP cement market share increased just from 9.4% of 1980 to 15% of 2002, so the cement industry structure is unreasonable. China cement industry has experienced structural adjustment since 1997, especially in the lately two years, the effect is notable: strength of large-scale enterprises strengthened, NSP cement develops faster and adjustment of some provinces is great and fast. But it is needed to attaching more importance to several problems like output increased too fast and low-level repeatly constructing appearing in adjustment process. At present, economic and technology enviroment is unprecedented good, and cement industry should gasp the advantaged opportunity to mend its pace of structral adjustment.
