铸钢件保温冒口一件一型补缩整体功能的系统辨识

摘    要:本文对铸钢件保温冒口-件-型补缩整体功能以及各影响因素的影响顺序进行了探讨;采用系统分析的方法进行该补缩整体影响因素的简略理论分析和量化;借助金属液渗流过程的模型建立冒口大小和冒口内收缩孔腔规律的隐式方程,通过大量实验进行该补缩整体功能的系统辨识,得到了整体功能与各影响因素的定量关系及影响顺序,为保温冒口的优化设计奠定了良好的模化基础。

SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION OF FEEDING FUNCTIONS FOR INSULATING RISER-CASTING-MOLD IN STEEL CASTTINGS

Abstract:This paper investigates the system functions and the order of effect of fac-tors on riser-casting-mold combination. Factors affecting feeding system are quantified on the basis of the theroical analysis by System Analysis. Implicitequations of size for riser and the laws of the shrinkage cavity profile in riserare developed with the help of the mathematical model of solidification processthat is derived from the porous media hydrodynamics. Tests have been carriedout to identify the feeding system functions and the order of factors affectingfeeding system are delieved. It provides the modeling basis for optimal designfor riser of insulation.
