摘    要:以2-氰基-3,3-二甲硫基丙烯腈和5-烷基异硫脲盐为原料,在无水碳酸钾催化下较高收率得到5-氰基-4-氨基-2,6-二烷硫基嘧啶化合物,平均产率86.4%,最高产率达96.7%。

Abstract:K_2CO_3 was used to catalyze the synthesis of 2-alkylthio-4-amino-5-cyano-6-methylthiopyrimidines by the reaction of the ketene dithioacetals prepared from malononitrile with isothiuronium salts.Six pyrimidine compounds were synthesized.The separation yield reached 96.7%.The reaction conditions were researched including solvents and the catalyst amounts.
