三相分离法提取米糠油的初步研究

摘    要:对三相分离法提取米糠油及其影响因素进行了初步研究。在稳定化米糠和水的悬浮液中加入硫酸铵和叔丁醇可以形成三相。正交试验结果显示,对米糠油提油率的影响程度为叔丁醇体积>悬浮液pH值>温度>硫酸铵用量。与正己烷萃取法相比,三相分离法提取的米糠油的酸值较高,但过氧化值却明显下降。

Abstract:A preliminary study was done on extraction of oil from stabilized rice bran by three phase partitioning and on the parameters influencing the oil extraction.Three phases were formed by adding ammonium sulphate and t-butanol into the slurry of rice bran and water.The obtained data from an orthogonal test show that the effects of the parameters on the extraction yield are in the following order: volume of t-butanol > pH of slurry > temperature > dose of ammonium sulphate.Compared with the hexane extracting oil,the acid value of the rice bran oil extracted by the three phase partitioning is higher,but the peroxide value is much lower.
