双向DC/DC变换器滑模控制新方案研究

摘    要:根据双向DC/DC变换器在电感电流连续模式(CCM)和断续模式(DCM)下的电路特性,以双向Buck变换器为例,提出了一种新型滑模控制策略,通过对双向Buck变换器在CCM和DCM下的建模分析,给出了改进的滑模控制矩阵方程和控制规则,并且讨论推导了此时的滑模存在条件和稳定条件,给出了结合滞环控制的滑模控制器设计方案。实验结果证明,该滑模控制系统具有良好的鲁棒性和快速的动态响应速度。

Abstract:According to character of bi-directional DC/DC converter in continuous current mode and discontinuous current mode, a novel sliding mode control strategy for bi-directional Buck converter is presented as a typical example. The improved sliding mode surface and control law are obtained for the analysis of modeling in Continuous Current Mode (CCM) and Discontinous Current Mode (DCM). The existence and stability of mentioned control are particularly analyzed, and sliding mode controller combined with hysteresis block is designed. Experimental results validated that the presented control scheme has the merits of perfect robustness and fast dynamic response.
