模糊PID复合控制在压注机电液伺服控制系统中的应用

摘    要:压注机的保压控制系统是一个负载刚度发生变化的电液力控制系统,为了达到保压控制的要求,本文应用模糊复合控制方法来控制液压缸的保压压力,结果表明:该方法在保证快速响应的同时,减少了系统压力的超调,获得了较高的稳态精度,提高了注塑产品的质量。

Abstract:Injection molding is a machine that can make chemic material which is heated up solid quickly. It includes two processes, which are injecting and keeping special pressure. The process of keeping pressure is the emphasis of this control system. It is an electro - hydraulic force control system that has an elastic load, which vary greatly in the working process. According to the specific request of this system, this text choose the fuzzy logic controller to control this system in order to minish the excess and at the same time to make the system response quickly enough.
