海底管道铺设施工设计分析

摘    要:在简要分析海底石油管道铺设现状的基础上,综合研究“S”型铺管与“J”型铺管的着底管段与悬跨管段的受力及变形.采用Pasternak双参数模型分析着底管段海底基础与管道的相互作用,用加权残值法求解考虑波浪荷载作用下悬跨管段的高阶非线性微分方程.分别利用“S”型铺管与“J”型铺管时,托管架与管道相互作用条件及着底管段与悬跨管段的连续条件,获得了“S”型与“J”型铺管时管道的变形、内力及强度计算的近似解,并编制了相应的设计软件.算例分析了在不同施工参数与托管架结构参数组合下管道的相当应力沿管长的变化曲线,可为“S”型与“J”型铺管设计提供参考.

Abstract:Based on brief analyzing present conditions of submarine pipeline laying and construction, load and deformation of seafloor section and suspending section for S type and J type pipelinelaying were studied comprehensively. The interaction of seafloor section and the seabed foundation was analyzed by using Pasternak boubleparameterelasticfoundation model, and the higherorder nonlinear differential equation considering wave acting on suspending section was resolved by using weighted residual method. Separately utilizing the condition of interaction of blank structure and the pipeline during laying and the continuous condition of the seafloor section and the suspending section. A proximate resolution of the pipelines deformation stress and strength were derived, and a computer programme was developed. The curves presenting the relations of the equivalent stress and the pipeline length in different combinations of operating conditions and structural parameters were analysed and recommended for reference in S type and J type pipeline laying designs.
