固溶时效处理对99.0Au-0.8Ti-0.2Y合金组织与硬度的影响

摘    要:利用XRD,光学显微镜,TEM和显微硬度计对99.0Au-0.8Ti-0.2Y合金的强化机理进行了研究。结果表明,99.0Au-0.8Ti-0.2Y合金在800℃×15 min固溶+140℃×18 h时效处理后的显微硬度达到最高值74 HV0.05;TEM分析结果表明,固溶时效处理后晶粒内部细小而弥散分布的颗粒为TiAu4、YAu3以及它们的复合析出物。

Abstract:Strengthening mechanism of 99.0Au-0.8Ti-0.2Y alloy was investigated by XRD,optical microscope,TEM and microhardness tester.The results show that the microhardness of 99.0Au-0.8Ti-0.2Y alloy reaches the maximum value 74 HV0.05 after 800 ℃×15 min solution treatment and 140 ℃×18 h aging.TEM analysis results show that after solid solution and aging treatment,the fine and dispersed particles in the grain are TiAu4,YAu3 and their composite precipitates.
