摘    要:以N1908-1斜齿圆柱齿轮(材质为20CrNi2MoA钢)为例,采用实测与数值模拟来预测和控制热处理偏差的具体方法,对单个轮齿淬火过程中温度及应力-畸变间的复合现象进行了模拟,对其淬火过程进行瞬态热分析,获得温度场随时间的分布,然后进行热力耦合分析。计算机仿真得到的数据与实测数据基本一致,反映了大模数齿轮的淬火畸变规律。

Abstract:The composition of temperature,stress and distortion on single teeth was simulated to control the deviation of large module gear with the example of 20GrNi2MoA steel N1908-1 helical-spur gear.The transient thermal analysis was carried out,and the temperature field distribution was obtained during quenching,and the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis was accomplished.The simulated result fits in with the measured data which reflects the distortion of large module gear during quenching.
