深层QPQ处理对45钢耐蚀性的影响

摘    要:对调质态45钢进行深层QPQ及普通QPQ处理,通过SEM、EDS、金相显微镜和盐雾试验,研究了渗层的显微组织、氮氧元素分布及耐蚀性,并进行对比。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着渗氮温度的升高,试样的耐腐蚀性逐渐增强;渗氮温度640~660℃时,耐蚀性最好。深层QPQ技术与普通QPQ技术处理的试样渗层氮氧元素分布基本一致,耐蚀性决定于渗层中的化合物层,化合物层越深,耐蚀性越好。

Abstract:Microstructure,elements distribution of nitrogen and oxygen and corrosion resistance on quenched and tempered state 45 steel after deep layer QPQ treatment and QPQ treatment were studied by SEM,EDS,metallographic microscope and salt spray test.The results show that with the increase of nitriding temperature,corrosion resistance is gradually increased in a certain range.When nitriding temperature is range of 640-660 ℃,the corrosion resistance is the best.The distribution of nitrogen and oxygen elements in the layer after deep layer QPQ treatment and QPQ treatment is the same.Corrosion resistance depends on compound layer.The deeper compound layer,the better corrosion resistance.
