摘    要:利用EDAX9100型能谱分析仪,研究了GCr15轴承钢合金元素的溶解与析出规律,在此基础上改进了周期球化退火工艺,并将该工艺与传统的等温球化退火、周期球化退火工艺进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,改进周期球化退火工艺后,GCr15轴承钢显微组织级别、碳化物网状级别、布氏硬度能更好地满足GB/T 18254—2002《高碳铬轴承钢》退火要求。

Abstract:Dissolution and precipitation of alloying elements in GCr15 bearing steel were studied using EDAX9100 spectrum analyzer,and the improved cyclic spheroidizing annealing process was built on this basis.The traditional isothermal spheroidizing,cyclic spheroidizing and the improved cyclic spheroidizing were compared.The results show that through improved cyclic spheroidizing,the optical microstructure grade,carbides network grade,and brinell hardness of GCr15 bearing steel can better satisfy the standard requirement of GB/T 18254—2002 "high carbon chromium bearing steel".
