摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了3种含铌或不含铌低碳钢在850~1150℃,应变速率分别为0.05、1、10 s-1条件下的热变形行为。采用应变硬化速率-应力(θ-σ)曲线图较精确地获得了C-Mn钢的流变应力和峰值应力;用-dθ/dσ-σ曲线获取了含Nb试验钢的应变和应力值;用回归法确定了双曲线本构方程中的变形激活能,确定了3种试验钢发生动态再结晶的激活能分别为234.867、261.276、301.751 kJ/mol。随Nb含量的增加,试验钢的再结晶激活能逐渐升高。

Abstract:The hot deformation behaviors of three kinds of low carbon steel microalloyed with Nb were investigated with compression test on Gleeble-1500 simulator at a temperature range of 850-1150 ℃ and strain rate of 0.05,1,10 s-1.The flow stress and peak stress of C-Mn steel were gained by θ-σ curves,and the dynamic recrystallization parameters of low carbon steel microalloyed with Nb gained through-dθ/dσ-σ curves and the deformation activation energy of the three tested steel were determined by regression,they were 234.867,261.276,301.751 kJ/mol,respectively.With the increasing of Nb content,the dynamic recrystallization activation energy of tested steels is increased gradually.
