摘    要:对马氏体不锈钢0Cr13Ni5Mo焊接接头经过1000℃油淬后,分别进行了600℃,620℃+600℃,400℃回火。通过显微组织分析、拉伸试验、冲击试验和硬度检测对3种焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,3种焊接接头中焊缝组织粗大,硬度最高;焊接接头的韧性低于相应热处理状态下母材的韧性;随着回火温度的降低,韧性下降,强度提高。二次回火比一次回火组织更加细小,强度和韧性更好;620℃+600℃二次回火后焊接接头具有比较理想的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Welded joints of 0Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel were oil quenched at 1000 ℃,then tempered at 600 ℃,620 ℃+600 ℃,400 ℃,respectively.Microstructure and mechanical properties of these three welded joints were investigated with microstructure analysis,tensile test,impact test and hardness detection.The results show that the microstructure of the weld zone is coarse and the hardness is highest.The toughness of welded joints is lower than that of the parent metal under the corresponding heat treatment.With decreasing of tempering temperature,the toughness is reduced,but the strength is increased.After twice tempering,the microstructure is finer,the strength and the toughness are better than that after once tempering.The mechanical properties of the welded joint tempered at 620 ℃+600 ℃ are more preferable.
