高铁车轴用34CrNiMo6钢的热处理工艺

摘    要:对高铁车轴用34CrNiMo6钢的热处理工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,34CrNiMo6钢试样经850℃油淬、680℃回火后,其抗拉强度为829.7 MPa,屈服强度为730.0 MPa,断后伸长率为23.3%,达到高铁车轴要求的力学性能指标,且常温冲击吸收能量为141.7 J,-20℃冲击吸收能量为128.3 J,-40℃冲击吸收能量为121.3 J。

Abstract:The heat treatment process of high-speed railway axle 34CrNiMo6 steel was investigated.The results show that after austenizing at 850 ℃ and oil quenching then tempering at 680 ℃ for the steel specimen,the tensile strength is 829.7 MPa and the yield strength is 730.0 MPa and the elongation reaches 23.3%.It achieves requests of mechanical properties for the high-speed railway.Its normal temperature impact energy is 141.7 J,impact energy(-20 ℃) is 128.3 J and impact energy(-40 ℃) is 121.3 J.
