精确可控气氛渗氮系统的改进

摘    要:介绍了用比例阀和转子流量计代替质量流量控制器对精确可控气氛渗氮系统工艺气体流量测量和控制的方法,阐述了该方法实际的应用效果。采用该方法后,避免了因为质量流量器的损坏造成的停车,提高了精确可控气氛渗氮系统的稳定性。

Abstract:A method that using proportional valve and metal rotor flow meter replacing mass flow controller to measure and regulate gas flow in accurate controlled atmosphere nitriding system was introduced and the application effect of the new method was described.After using the new method,the shutdown caused by damage of mass flow controller was prevented and the stability of accurate controlled atmosphere nitriding system was improved.
