防垢剂PASP的合成及其性能评价

摘    要:以马来酸酐、碳酸铵为原料,合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)防垢剂。通过正交实验确定了聚天冬氨酸的最佳合成工艺条件,并对其进行了性能评价。聚天冬氨酸的最佳合成工艺:pH值为12,碳酸铵与马来酸酐的物质的量比为1.3,聚合温度为170℃,聚合时间为90min。在温度为70℃、pH=12、防垢剂加量为3mg/L时,测定碳酸钙防垢率为95.20%。

Abstract:Polyaspartic acid(PASP) was synthesized with maleic anhydride and ammonia carbonate. Opti- mum condition for PASP synthesis was determined by orthogonal test and its performance was evaluated. The results show that pH = 12, molar ratio of 1:3 for ammonium carbonate and maleie anhydride, 170°C polymeri- zation temperature and 90min polymerization time jointly characterize PASP' s optimal synthesis technology. At 70°C , pH = 12 and 3mg/L antiseale, the calcium carbonate' s inhibition rate measured can reach 95.20%.
