V形板除尘设备的数值模拟和试验研究

摘    要:研究了基于涡流理论的V形板除尘设备,利用数值模拟的方法确定了除尘器的基本尺寸之后,将除尘效率和压力损失作为本试验的主要考核指标,进行正交试验和后期数据处理。根据试验效果得出:对平均粒径为5μm的滑石粉,当V形角度为60°,前后两排V形板距离50mm,进口速度为3m/s时,除尘器整体性能最优,总除尘效率为61%,压力损失为40Pa。

Abstract:The vortex theory-based V-plate dust collector was discussed. Having dust collector' s basic dimensions determined by making use of numerical simulation, and taking collection efficiency and pressure loss as the primary indicators for orthogonal testing and post-data processing show that: for the talcum powder with average particle size of 5 Ixm, V-angle of 60°, the 50mm space between front and rear V-plates and the 3m/s inlet velocity,the overall performance of the dust colleetor keeps best together with a 61% collection efficiency and a 40Pa pressure loss.
