摘    要:在2Cr13不锈钢中加入了0.12%(质量分数,%)的V,采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)测试了V元素对2Cr13钢抗应力腐蚀开裂的影响,并用电阻应变式称重传感器分析了添加V前后2Cr13钢的弹性蠕变性能。结果表明,V加入2Cr13不锈钢可以细化晶粒,提高2Cr13钢的抗应力腐蚀性能和弹性蠕变性能。

Abstract:Vanadium element with 0.12wt% content was added to 2Cr13 stainless steel,influence of vanadium element on stress corrosion cracking of 2Cr13 steel was tested by slow strain rate test(SSRT) and elastic creep property of 2Cr13 steel before and after adding vanadium element were investigated by using the strain gage based load cell technique.The results show that the addition of vanadium can refine grain size and improve the stress corrosion of 2Cr13 steel and reduce the elastic creep property of 2Cr13 steel.
