TY320单双边支重轮感应淬火工艺研究

摘    要:在立式中频感应淬火设备中对TY320单双边支重轮进行淬火处理改进工艺研究。结果表明,采用多次同时均匀加热然后冷却的方式,大大提高了TY320支重轮的硬度和淬硬层深度,提高生产率50%,降低了废品率和劳动强度。

Abstract:The quenching treatment processes of the TY320 single/bilateral edge bearing wheel on the vertical medium frequency induction quenching equipment were studied.By using of the multiple simultaneous uniform heating and then cooling method,the hardness and hardened layer depth of the wheel are greatly raised,productivity is increased by 50% and the defect rates and the labor intensity are reduced.
